Aug 30 ordered a desktop online with 3 day shipping. Paid on my visa check card $640. Money pulled from my account same day by Internetishop. 6 days and no computer. Called spoke to a Julie in customer service? Said processor on back order. I told them I was canceling order.
One hour later and Julie told me they found my computer in the shipping department leaving that day overnight to me. I didnt cancel.
Next day no computer. I called and they said it was DHL's fault. I called DHL and they didnt even have a order from me to pick up at Internetishop!
Called Internetishop back and told them I was canceling. They said they had made a mistake and my system was leaving that day.
Never came again. I cancelled order. They did not credit my check card as promised. 3 weeks later after I had made a complaint with the local BB Bureau and my bank, my bank put the money back in my account after Internetishop never responded to the banks efforts to discuss it. My bank and Visa are going after them for the money.
Looks like they made a mint off of anyone who ordered and paid from Aug 26th and on... An associate of mine also was stung and he ordered on the 26th and paid. He has not seen a dime. Thank God we bank at the same place! He'll get them to pay him and the bank and visa will go after Hugebee and Internetishop!
