I never received the perfume yet I was charged $95 plus $7.99 shiping of product you call Fond Spray Perfumes. I have yet to receive this product.
I took a survey for Macy's and thought I was qualified to receive a free gift. I chose the perfume and paid shipping charges. I received no perfume, but a transaction is pending for $95.00 on my debit card. I contacted my bank and they have cancelled all future charges from my account and any future purchases from your company. Please be advised that I have reported your company to Macy's and posted your scam on line.
I am asking for all charges of $95.00 and $7.99 to be debited back to my account... Since I neither ordered nor did I receive any product from your company. Please credit my account
