Back in Sept I had many phone calls asking me if I would like to reduce my interest rate as low as 0% I was kind of hesitate to do so, for there are so may scams going on. I found out that Western GPS was a legit company and proceeded to pay $ 698 to lower my interest rate. They took my money in Oct. It is now Jan 15 and not6hing has been done. I called two weeks ago and talked to someone in regards to my account. No one could help me, I left my name and number and they told me someone would get back to me. No one did (poor customer service) I called again today, spoke to someone called Mark, he was very rude. I told him everything and also said that I would want one or two things to happen either to get my money back or my interest paid for the last three months of being promised that my interest rate would go down. He intruded me as much as possible, would not let me speak at times. He told me to call my credit cards that the $698 was taken out and dispute the charges. I was in shock and told him that after everything and the time spent with the phone calls and info given to them that he was just brushing me off. I then asked "Mark" if I could speak to someone higher then himself... I felt he was rude and would not allow me to speak. He then told me that there is no one higher them him self! Except for his general managers. I asked to speak to them he said that was not possible. I then asked for there names and he again would not give me there names. I then asked for an address so that I could explain to someone what had happen and he again would not give me any information except his first name. He basically hung up on me. I will be taking this further for this is no way how to treat anyone. He did ask me who was helping me in Sept. Because I spoke to a few people I didn't remember there names. I told him I am sure I wrote them down somewhere, but have not had them with me. His reason was I didn't have there names who I dealt with he could not help me! I can not believe this company has such a person working for them and is still running (Very sad)
