I was charged $ 75.00 USD for annual membership of MYHERITAGE. I have written to the address of My Heritage (UK) Ltd concerning this charge and received no reply. I have checked with Ancestry.com.Au, and they state that they have no record of any membership annual charges to my name. I have queried the charge with my credit card provider and they state that I must contact the collector of the subscription asking for cancellation of any membership, before they can reverse the charge made. I, therefore make this complaint through this address.
