In sept i ordered free samples of evening sky vitalyze and evening sky sylk skin on 15/10 they took $198.56 from my bank account £128.90 in total and shipped one of each of above products to my address which i did not request i would not order creams costing this amount as i am apensioner and cannot afford this amount of money hopeing you can give me advice how to resolve this i have emailed them with no response also contacted their customers service no in uk and usa only to be told that i will answered by an advisor once one becomes available this never happens i cannot claim on claimback from my bank as i did not cancel order which idid not place before they took money this is a total scam
