Pulled 1.00 then. 01 international fee 3 times in month of December along with a 39.95 charge with. 40 international fee. I called 18883960750 last night and the number didn't work. Mind you this is a 24/7 answering service. I called the next morning and it was working, I pressed one for the billing department and he asked for the last 6 of the bank card number I gave to him to look up my account, he found nothing, he kept asking for my husbands info, I refused. He then said I can give you the email for our billing department and then you can email them your information I said I wanted the number he changed the subject often. I asked for the supervisor he then said his super has the same system for billing as him and he wouldn't be able to help, I said I didn't ask you that I want to speak to them now. I was on hold maybe 2 seconds and the guy picked up saying his name is Brian miller, he spoke little English and I'm sure was Indian or somewhere Europe, Asia. He also sounded like the same guy, He asked for my email and last 6 of card and he said he'll pass the info on to billing and my card will be charged back. I told him he's lying, that he was actually the guy I spoke to before and lied about his name and I told him I wanted to speak to the billing dept that's why I pressed 1, this place is a total scam and they change their company name on your charge every time to get away with it.
