I ordered a dress and paid for the dress and customization charges of $14.99 through PayPal on December 26. Never got my dress. They now say they never got the $14.99, so they couldn't make the dress. PayPal records show they did get the $14.99. Emailing back and forth is so frustrating! They just keep repeating themselves, asking the same questions I answered in previous email. I feel they are just trying to wear me down! I am filing a complaint with PayPal.
