This is an internet company that has resume forms that you can fill out. It advertises that you can write your resume for free, which you can, but in order to download it or copy it you have to pay them. When you hit the download button it comes up for you to pay them $3.95 to have access to it for 7 days. Ok no problem, $3.95 I can live with. Now today, I log onto my bank account and discover they have been charging me $34.95 for the past 2 months. I seen nothing saying that they would put me into a subscription with a recurring fee of that amount. I did call them and the lady named Dior told me that they usually do not issue refunds but there are some circumstances where they would and was going to cancel my membership and issue a refund. I wonder how many people are sucked into this company where it is not at all clear that they are subscribing you to a recurring fee. I used that site long enough to write a resume and download it and have not been back. I feel that they have no qualms about defrauding the consumers out of their hard earned money.
