This company debit my account without my permission... And when I called them to let them know I never went to their site, they said they would cancel my order but it wasn't until days later I saw they hadn't reimburse my money. Upon contacting them they told me I had to request a refund. They told me how by going to their site which the process they described wasn't accurate... I wasn't able to do it. I notified my bank of this fraud and stopped payment.
