Ordered generator and sent check in amount of $5,772.00 on 9/6. Promised to send generator in 7 business days, postponed twice, after 3 weeks the owner said that he doesn't have generator that i've ordered, I requested money back, was told to wait for 7-10 business days, after 10 business days was told that the check has been sent on Monday 10/10.
Called again on Friday, 10/14 to find out where the money are, was told to wait until next Friday and the re-stocking fee will be charged for order cancellation (wasn't said anything during the order cancellation). I was surprised to hear it since the order was cancelled because the company wasn't able to get me the generator I've ordered, not because I've changed my mind. I still need the same generator, but will order from another company which will be able to provide good service. When I placed a review on the site that after a month of placing an order I still do not have generator nor money back I was told not to place bad reviews, but this is a truth. The company should provide better service, then the reviews will be good.By the way the review I've placed was erased.
Bottom line is that I still wasn't refunded and cannot believe that will be.
