I went for an oil changed and then it was about 4 month later I need another one. I went to Midas for my oil change and a few minutes later the guy came over to me and told me that he could not do the oil change. The reason was my oil pan had been strip and there was no way Midas could do it. If they did attemp to do it then the whole thing would need to be replaced for it be working. Midas said it had to be done at the last place I taken it to, Midas then went to sticker in my window at it was for Tire Works. So I went to tire works and just went into get an oil change acted like nothing was wrong. I told him i wanted the regular oil chage and then i watch them drive my truck into the shop and never lift it up. Then the guy called me up after about 10 minutes. He told me that my truck had alot of problem, I said like what, he then said I need all this stuff. I paid cashed and got my keys then I asked him how could of they did the oil change when the pan is stripped. They started to tell me that I did not know what I was talking about. I then told them what Midas said and he called for help. I then told him that they couldn't of done the oil change and it was illegal for them to charge me for work that they did not do and they needed to pay for a new oil pan and fastners. As of today no one has responded to my complaints.
