Dear Sir or Madam, Referring to my complaint as of yesterday, Jan 9 as to a pkg which contained a skin care product, unsolicited from this company and having charged it to my credit card. After receiving their free samples and trying the product. I have to take back my complaint as upon contacting their customer service dept today, they in return contacted me immediately and will refund my credit card for charges for this product, that I have returned promptly today. So my only monies out will be the postage to mail back the product which is $5.95. Because of sensitive skin this product is not suitable for me. I do appreciate that they were very fair with my complaint, and can only hope for the same to others that have had problems with this company. Thank You very much Wilma
