On 12/12, I paid International Living magazine $36.00 USD from my checking account with a Visa debit card. Today is 01/10 and I have not received a single issue from the publishers! The amount I paid was a special introductory offer at the time for a one-year subscription of 12 issues. I have emailed their Customer Service Department at least four or five times, spoken to a representative in the department, and even faxed them proof of the date and amount of my payment. All my effort has been wasted time, because they still deny I paid them anything and have NOT sent me a single issue. I don't care how long they have been in business, about their so called "testimonials, " or their dishonest and useless "Ironclad Guarantee." I want a full refund back ASAP and would advise extreme caution to anybody thinking of doing business with them.
