I purchased a free trial of each product in september and gave my debit card details to pay post and packing whuch in total was approx 2 pounds each product there was nothing else to pay a month later they took 65 pounds approx 100 usd from my debit card without my permission. I telephoned them they said they had sent me more products which i didnt ask for i have never recieved these products ever and didnt ask for them i never gave authorisation for them to take any more money from my account. I keep phoneing them they keep saying they will process a refund but they never do its been three months and nothing its robbery they shouldnt be alowed to get away with it. I cant afford to loose this money
