I am being charged $215:00 a month when it should be $109:00 a month because I applied and changed from Blue Cross Blue Shield Senior Gold to Blue Cross Blue Shield Platinum Blue the first week in November. I never got a card or applacation for the money to be taken out of my bank account so I called to find out why. I was told they could not find my confirmation number and they have no record of me applying. They would call me. I got no phone call so I called again. Was told by a Dawn she will be taking care of it. I called many times and they had no answer for me. They are still looking into it. December 21st Dawn call me to re-apply. I was not home so I couldn, t do it then. I called the 22nd and was told I can't do that, Dawn is working on it. Now I have to pay the $215:00 ($106:00 more than what I should pay if my insurace had been changed) for January or I won't have insurance. I called again And talked to a Rickie who found information on my applacatin from November 20th. She is now looking into it. Because we are in January now. And may not be effective for Febuary if Medicare doesn't approve it. I feel Blue Cross Blue Shield dropped the ball and made a mistake and I am the one on the losing end. I have tried to get answers for two months now and am getting nowhere. I need help. Thank you.
