I was working for Charles Herring at Action Labor of Dothan, Alabama. I walked in to get my paycheck one day in October he threatened to call police on me so I left. He would not give me my paycheck nor my hours I worked for the last three weeks and told me to leave his office. Later on, I talked to him, he said he will mail me my paycheck, I never heard from him. I went back by his business and it was closed down. He was nowhere to be found. As I was looking for a job off craigslist, I found his website which has been changed to a different name. I am not the only one he has ripped off. No one knew what to do about it.
