My account was debited for $29.95 on 12/11. I did not authorize this and have never heard of this company. I contacted them several times and they told me they would refund the money. The last conversation I had I was told the money would be refunded within 7 days and it had not been 7 business days yet. They also told me it had been submitted and it was up to my bank to get it posted. My bank posts any funds within a couple days. I still have not received a refund and now I just get a recording when I call their number listed on line that they are closed for the Holidays. They had gtiven me a reference number of 1030364. Every since that call I have not been able to reach them. I contacted my bank and we are filling forms to try to get the refund plus the other fees incurred because of the charge.
