On 10/29 I noticed an amount for $29.95 be processed to my account. I called my bank and they gave me a number for Zeal. I called Zeal and they said they would refund the $29.95. I received an email stating my account had been cancelled but the date for cancellation and refund amount was left blank. On 10/30 the $29.95 was processed through my bank, and I also received an insufficient funds fee of $35. As of today 11/8 I still have not received the refund. I cannot get the $35 returned to my account until Zeal refunds the $29.95. I don't know if Zeal is really processing it or not. I do know my bank processes any refunds or deposits immediately. There is no reason for Zeal to take this long to process the refund. So are they or are they not returning it?
