Got roped into signing up for a trial for 1.99 and cancelled within the time frame (same day cancellation) and while perusing my bank statement there was a debit for $78 plus the 1.99. Called and they indicated that if i paid 19.60 i would not have to worry about returning product. Educated the rep what had transpired and they indicated they would remove the 19 and put 49 back into the account. And as of today no money returned. Rip offs with no one able to ensure that money would be returned to me.
