I received a somewhat formal manila envelope containing what said to be a form for the receiving of a cash prize totaling $2,536, 092.23. Naturally, I decide to investigate the company's legitimacy before sending the request $20 transfer fee. It didn't make sense to me. If they are going to send me over $2.5 million, why not take the transfer fee out of the promised cash prize? I don't know. I'm trying to throw a little common sense into the picture here. Anyways, I was promised money. I want it. I will pay them the $20 they want if they pay me the $2.5 million I want. Fair enough?
