I received an express notice from this company claiming a prize totaling #2,536, 092.23 is now due for payment to me. Once I pay a $20 transfer fee, the fund will be rush to my supposely cash prize account they established in my name. Why would I need to send them money? They can deduct the transfer fee from the winnings.
