My credit card of ICICI Bank no (Personal Information Removed) has been wrongly debited by Rs500 transaction for cupidbill.com. As I have not done any transaction of Rs 500 on 08th January, but it has been unnecessarily charged from my account. I purchased three days trial pack costing Rs51/- and then unsubscribed the same on the third day. Even though without intimating me they have charged me rs. 500/-. So plz help me to solve this problem
