Charging on cancelled accounts

My mom and I filled out a form to "freeze" our accounts for 6 months. However, they never froze our accounts! The phone there is now disconnected along with the owners phone. Everytime we go in to talk to someone, no one is ever there! Only the personal trainers and they can't help us. So not only can I not complain to them about the money they have stolen from us, I can not talk to anyone about cancelling my account. How do you get an account cancelled if no one is ever there to help you and there are no phones or email addresses either. Therefore, not only have they been illegally charging us for the last 6 months, they will continue to charge us since we are literally unable to cancel with them. This also has happened to my sister-in-law and according to people I have talked too. This is happening to many many other people. I just want to cancel and get my money that is now owed to me. How do I do that?
