I join Gold gym (not Simi Valley corps fitness business name) 2011on or around July. Payment for the first three month was set but, to be lower on the fourth and all the following months. No way have they continued to take out the same amount. I report this to Gym's manager the first month, but it continues on for three more months. Finally, they stop and gave me credit.
This month was the first time to restart taking payment, but, they took out twice on July 2nd and again on July 3rd the year is 2012. I discover that Gold Gym is as known was Simi Valley Corp Fitness which is their other company name. So they took a double payment. I have been trying to reach someone. I left messages and no one has been polite enough to contact me.
I have reported this to my bank they told me this is fraud. It had been report to my bank by me as fraud, my bank will handle this. If I do not hear soon from Golds representative I will be asking the police department what options I have to resolve this fraud committed on my bank account. I am trying to be sensible and let Gold fix the problem without getting nasty about it. I want to resolve this is a professional manne
