Went to myancestory.com to look up my heritage. Did the search, Was stated that a $1 fee is charged for the report. No report. My credit card was charged $19.95. Went to live/chat (customer service) and had a chat with Vickie. Was sent to myinfo.com and then sent to "my account" and it Showed the $19.95 $1. Tried to go back and got a message"account is no longer active". Called the 877# and got a Richard. He said that they are so large he would see what he could do. Was told to log into myinfo1.com to get a refund. Went to the page and could not get into any customer service site. All I could find were complaints about the website myinfo1.com. It looks like the complaints were correct. Its a SCAM
