This $29.95 was taken from my checking account without my authorization. I called and was told it was for some subscription that I also did not authorize. The lady stated they would refund my money within 30 days. It has now been over 30 days so I went to phone them today to check my status and guess what? The phone number has been disconnected. So now what?
