As with others, this money was taken out of our checking account 'for a subscription' - I called the number on the check and they are Alliance (says on check) but pretty much know NOTHING. How did they get our bank account!?!!?? We submitted a complaint with our bank. I called Alliance again today and they said they submitted a refund. It hadn't gone through. I want to find out who they are and where they are!
