We have attempted many times for him to replace a part for it, but he fails to have it replaced, and it it's supposed to have a 50 years warranty we believe this happens to all his customers, since there is no corporate office to make a complaint, we bought the product about 7 years ago, I think he owns the business, he replaced a water filter and it keeps leaking, we have called many, many times and he has failed to check for the leak he says that's not his job that we should call a plumer. We hope we can solve this. I don't think it's fair for him to sell people his product, and get away with it.
