Please do not even consider using this company for your floral/gift needs. I was absolutely heartbroken that my daughter did not recieve her flowers/chocolates/baloons on her birthday! Did not recieve them at all in fact. I was offered a partial refund after half a dozen emails, & over 8 phone calls, plus they double charged me. They do not deserve to be in business, & legal action should be taken!
