I came across this website and emailed to ask if their products were infact genuine as they were advertising them as such. They got back in touch with me to say that they weren't, but instead their products were high quality replicas. When my items arrived, i was appalled with their extremely poor quality. I emailed to inform them of this, asking for a refund and i was told that it would cost me more than i paid for the items if i was to return them and be refunded. Sadly, i didnt want to pay out even more so i put 2 of the charms onto my bracelet and within 3 days they had broken, emphasising their poor quality. I emailed them again, but their response was the same, so i have been left with damaged and poor quality products which are not as what was advertised for sale on the website and £37.50 out of pocket!!! Furious is an understatement, we work hard for our money
