I got ripped off making two one minute LOCAL phone calls from a BELL pay phone in Hamilton, Ont., charge made to a credit card. Billing amount = $22.98!!!
- No indication of what the charges would be prior to making call. The local BELL charge would have been $1.00 if paid by cash!!!
