I need to let you know how bad it is to work at braums in greatbend ks. Not only is it hard to get along with ken but the managers under him are impossible to work for. I am a single mom who needs to work to support my child and I. I am always on time if not twenty minutes early each day and almost never miss a day cause I cant afford to, but I finally had to stop working their because of the verbal abuse that you get daily. Here in greatbend you will be yelled at for being stupid and slow and every curse word you can think of. Connie (manager under Ken) does nothing to stop this and something really needs to be done for future reference. It is so bad that twice I broke down in tears, but I just kept doing my job. I am far from being the only one connie has sent home crying. The turn over rate is terrible and you (braums) has the worst reputation in town of being the worst place in the word to work. Its sad to cause I really did enjoy working their. I left braums knowing I had no job lined up. Why, because no one should have to work in such terrible conditions. Its been three weeks now and still have no job, but its better than being degraded and humiliated everyday. Another example, a girl who had only been their 3 days was forced to open and cook breakfast all by her self. I came in to the kitchen witch was a mess and and connie started yelling cause drive was not up yet and then she looked at the girl and told her she was already sick of looking at her and she needed to switch to nights. Who Does This. Please, Im begging you to look into to this major problem you have.
