Ebt system always messed up - braums market at wellington ks

Every time i go into braums to buy groceries thier ebt system has been down for the last 6 months at least and the management at this store is always rude they dont even post that thier machines are down it would be nice to have pleasant management and ppl who can properly use the registers there's been times ive told them how to check out on ebt
