I had a coupon code that she would not honor, bullied me, intimidated me, in front of a lady she seemed to be more interested in than I the customer, as you should have seen the look on her face... Like I appeared to be a a. Hole and totally stupid even the look she gave me as she came out the store after I. I will never shop at petco, dead fish floating, the stock on hand was not there, waited for 20 minutes before I even saw a employee. I feel like I was at toy store, all busy socializing and playing with each other. I will never shop at petco again and should have went to pet smart where quality is much more elegant, and where the customer is respected and treated with respect. Couponing is the way I have to shop, sorry... Didn't plan on being disabled. Maybe thats why I got bullied and intimidated maybe I should heve looked like her and her friend. This was the worst I have ever been treated, and the manager was not around, unless it was her? Never will I ever go to petco again. Lets just see if I get a responce, bet not. This employee needs to grow up and realize that sometimes its worth listening to the customer.
