Dont use allstate plumbing & rooter services! He uses old materials from other work sites and homes to fix your home or site. He purposely breaks things or states the problem is more worse than it is just to scam money out of client. He pays his friends to give fake recommendations to potential new clients. I found out the hard way that he is a complete fraud. His license is under his wifes name and he is listed under "employee". And he overcharges always. I dont trust him to change my dogs poop!
