Ripoff fraud charged for main line snaking and only did the kitchen line 25 days later it's still backing up

Vince ruiz owner of calif. Rooter & plumbing charged me 95 dollars to snake out my main line drain he really only did my kitchen drain and several weeks later with my 30 day guarantee I called to tell him it was slow and backing up as before he stated he would come and fix it vince ruiz never called or showed up I continued to call for a few days then realized he was dishonest and a ripoff as well as not performing the job of snaking out my mainline
