Paid $56 for overnight delivery of critical documents for an elderly brain surgery patient. The documents had to make it. They didn't. FedEx got them to within 70 miles of destination with 10 hours to go within delivery window.instead of delivering the documents they shipped them back to memphis - causing a 3 day delay in delivery and delay in patient disposition. They still haven't delivered the documents and I cannot get ahold of anyone there. Absolutely disgusting!
