Extremely satisfied with the way Maureen at your King of Prussia, Pa. Store helped me on my Christmas dilemma. The Marlton, Nj. Store was out of the Chill Pill speakers that I needed for Christmas. Maureen not only sold me the speakers BUT took them to her home in Moorestown, NJ for me to pickup the next day as I live in Marlton, Nj about 8 miles away from her house. What a sales experience. I shop regularly at LL Bean and can't say enough about your sales personal. A mention as well for Ruth at the Marlton, Nj. Store who is extremely helpful.
