Lost online order - Lego Airport set

I purchased a LEGO set for my son for his Christmas gift. UPS driver left the item at the front door and lost (my house is faced to the street). Before that, ToysRus didn't sent me shipment notice by e-mail; so, I was not sure approximately when it would be delivered. I checked back the website and found that it's been delivered. I called the customer service several times. They gave me a case number and call back after two weeks, and I did so. The case number was gone somehow and I needed to give all the information again. The phone calls were hung up in the middle of conversations. What each customer service was told varied much based on the personnel. I purchased the same item at store at a higher value because the item was no longer available online. The process took long and I was so frustrated. I will never purchase at ToysRus online even though the price is attractive.
