Dropped my clothes at the cleaners in October. A white linen suit for dry cleaning and a green pair of khaki pants to be hemmed.in November my husband went to drop of his suits for dry cleaning he was told that there are items to pick up so he did. He came home with the linen suit and no pants. I didnt think anything of it. So when we went to pick up his suits on January 5, we were told that we already received the green pants. I explained to the lady that we never received the green pants, went to the car fkr the ticket. And gave it to her. She was insisting that we received the pants. I told her we only received the white suit which was one a separate ticket. She acted like she did not know abouy a whiye suit and continued to look at her computer screen. So I; looked at the screen with her and showed her the other to ticket processed the same day. All of a sudden she could not count from 89 to 90, which are the two ticket numbers. My husband asked what is the refund policy for lost items she said the do not have any. I find it amazing that there is no policy for them losing my new pair of pants and charging me for hemming the pants that I did not receive.
