A.S.P. Over $1million in cash and prizes as of 12/24/12

This company, american sweepstakes publishers, has been sending me letters daily to send them $12 now to release $1million dollars plus prizes that at this time was awarded to me on 12/24. I have not located this on a scam list and need to know even though i have been told if they ask for money it's a scam.
