American sweepstakes publishers want a 1 time processing fee of 12 dollars

American sweepstakes publishers sent me a letter stating i was guaranteed to have full access to 1,254, 204.00 with my name on ten different sweepstakes totalling this amount.
The catch is they want a one time processing fee of $12.00. I didn't fall for it and neither should anyone else. If you do win something it should be sent to you free of charge.
