I purchased an out of state real estate property that was misrepresentated. The legal dessription of this property was changed to increase purpchase interest. Purchased the property from Kostas Poniros 10.in December I found out the property was burnt down and up for demolition. I am a victim real estate fraud and looking for options to file criminal or civil against him.
