On Oct 19 a representative of MNF convinced me on a phone call to buy many business leads, with their company doing the work on these leads to provide me with a monthly income. I have not received a single penny. Can I report this to both the credit card companys fraud unit and a govermental agency and get my money back?! Also purchased a much smaller # of leads on Sept 13 and have not received any returns on that.
