Complaint / review text:
I have pasted in my last contact with Hometownquotes.com. I have yet to receive my refund.
Please do not charge my credit card for any future leads.
My preference is to be reimbursed for any funds not used and for the outstanding credits in process.
The reason for my cancellation is as follows:
I am purchasing leads from 3 companies. I have a success rate of 20% on auto and 60% on homes. I have yet to close a single lead from Hometownquotes.
Too many bogus leads. Of the first 60 leads I received over 50% were bogus or unreachable.
Too many (majority of) leads from senior citizens having no idea what they were getting involved with. Most are filling out surveys and others are trying to win an Ipad or restaurant gift certificates. I have complained about this on numerous occasions. This is one aspect you have control over. You can either allow customers to filter out by max age, or you can stop marketing or buying leads from companys that target older people.
I truly wanted this to work, but can only define the leads I have received from Hometownquotes as a complete waste of time and money
