This is a company that preys on people whose loved ones are incarcerated. They charge outrageous fees for telephone services that DO NOT WORK! When you try to get a refund they tell you it will take 8 weeks. It does not arrive!!! Then they e-mail you and say it was processed months ago. They are liars!!! DON't ever use them.
