My mother was employed bye global personnal from 12/02-12/05 as an LPN nurse, my mother called out sick one weekend when she was suppose to work she called out with the flu like she was suppose to & global told her she was going to be suspended for 90 days & one week without any work, & then she gets a discharge letter the week after. Global accused my mother of being insubordination & excessing absences & provided false dates when she was out. Global told lies during the unemployment hearing saying she called them constently being agessive & verbal abusive toward them & this is what they told during the unemployment hearing, & they had a witness to this so called behavior which the hearing officer said that she could not use him because the phone calls where made after the dicharge & not before & global told the board of review that the harassing phone calls were prior to the dicharge so the hearing officer still denied my mothers unemployment made a falsified decision & global continues to put my mother threw nightmares & anexity problems. Do not work for these people to save yourself an unpleasant experince do not believe anything the employer as to say because it is all lies they cannot prove my mother did any of this accept have someone lie in the office about her which employers do my mother always had sorry employers to do her this way they did not treat her good @ all.
