Sample-didn't receive until december 2o called to cancel all further shipments, etc. On 12/30. Wanted to send back but there was no address to send it too. Called and left message saying i did not want product. They called today january 2 to say the trial period had expired and charged my cc charged the full amount on 12/31. This is the biggest scam i have ever seen. Of course they don't listen to that fact that i hadn't received it till the 20th or that i don't want it period. As i was telling the rep who called he went on speaking to me and not listening to anything i was saying. The only recourse i had was to call my bank and dispute the charges. This is a very unethical company and a very shady way of doing business. "buyer beware"
