We were duped into thinking we were getting a sample trial bottom of ALORE ANTI-WRINKLE SERUM FOR $2.98 and gave our credit card number to cover the cost of the postage. WELL, today my credit card company informed me we were charged $94.28 because we did not notify this company within 14 days that we wanted to cancel our order. We never saw that small print... And thought we were dealing with a reputable company. Guess what! Today we called and talked to Christine about the charge... She was very unfriendly and wouldn't shut-up to let us tell our side of the story. Long story, short! She finally gave us a confirmation cancellation CM number and stated we would be refunded the full amount. {The product according to my wife did not do, and has not done any of the advertised results) The trial bottle came with no directions or instructions! Be very careful when ordering online that you find and read the small print... Hello!
