I bought a puppy from Shelly Gonzales, Tinyteacupworld. They advertised "micro Henry" a Pomeranian. I paid a hefty amount for the puppy. They shipped "micro Henry" to Mobile al. When I picked up my puppy at the rapt. I realized it was NOT the same puppy. I contacted them. They were rude, deceptive and unwilling to make it right. I had printed off their website pictures of the advertised puppy, kept all email communication. I filed in small claims in Al. They would not accept registered mail from the court.in turn they sent me a registered letter which I accepted, it was a counterclaim filed in Az. They thought I would not travel that far and win by default. I called an attorney in Az and filed a civil suit against them. Only then did they sent email"reaching out to make amends." They need to be sued for every deception they perpetrate on unsuspecting customers. They are untrustworthy, liars. Buyer BEWARE!!!
